Today in all three PE classes, we played the game Jail Break.  The classes were separated into two teams and the objective was to make it to the other teams’ basket or hit them by throwing a dodgeball.  We played this game last week, but I still clarified all the rules in case there was a student who missed a class.  In first block Health we attempted to identify all of the bones in the body, but we ran out of time.  Therefore, we will finish tomorrow.  The students had a quiz on the traffic signs.  Their bell-ringer had specific instructions so that they could prepare to take the quiz.

Reflection:
Students in all of the classes were well-behaved.  In fourth block, I had two girls that said they were on their cycles and wanted to not dress-out.  Luckily, I had my host teacher there to help me out with that situation.  I really didn’t know what to say.  My host teacher just told them that we would need a doctor’s note to allow them to sit out from the activities.  I can say that each day I am learning new things and most of them is not even readying the material out of a book.  Student teaching has allowed me to learn and experience other things that come with the territory of being a teacher.
